Pricing Per Month 1

  • Copeland Family Maintenance Plan membership plans are grouped into three separate tiered categories: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Pricing per month ranges from $13.95 for Silver, $19.95 for Gold, and $29.95 for Platinum. Services for each membership plan vary including maintenance for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Additional Safety Check services are available with Gold and Platinum plans. Contact Copeland Home Services for additional details or questions on pricing.

  • 2 Each membership plan includes service for one HVAC unit and cost of membership increases $6.95 per month for each additional HVAC unit.

  • 3– By signing up for a Copeland Family Maintenance Plan membership, you acknowledge and agree that in no event shall Copeland Home Services or any of its affiliates be liable for damage or loss caused by equipment failure on the units or other equipment covered by your membership plan.
